Scissors Tool

The Scissors tool is a cool new feature available for Android only as of 7/18. It is located in the handwriting tool section of the app and allows a user to cut and move the handwritten or typed sections of the card. This is similar to a cut and paste type of feature, allowing for a more forgiving experience
