Shipping: Flex vs. Guaranteed

Our standard shipping option is a Flex shipping option. Flex shipping has no guaranteed arrival date. Delivery is based on an estimated time-line from the USPS that we cannot guarantee. There are no refunds or discounts associated with the Flex shipping option. 

The Guaranteed shipping option is through Federal Express and USPS overnight.
