How can I tell how many cards I have left or when it renews?

The number of remaining cards you have for the month is visible in the Main Menu, as well as every time you checkout.  You can find the date and local time your subscription will renew on the My Account page. The My Account page is the second tab under MyFelt in the Main Menu.
