Can I Track My Order?

We proudly use the trusty US Postal Service’s First Class Mail, and just like anything you would put a stamp on and pop in the mail, tracking isn't available.  If your order includes a gift that can't fit in the envelope with your card, you can find tracking information on the past orders screen in the app.  Tap the menu, then MyFelt to get to the past orders screen.
